Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville

The checkin process was easy and the lobby was spacious and clean. The gym was super clean and just had to turn on the AC. All the equipment was well taken care of. The room was clean, satisfactory and the bed was soft. The shower got hot enough and sufficient water. My faucet was clogged to the point of spraying everywhere but worked. They were understaffed for breakfast so the only option was already prepared items.

Rooms were great overall, friendly staff, clean, perfect location and parking. Only issues were that The fridge was a peice of junk that barely kept the water cool. They also wouldnt let us pay with cash even with a card on file which sucks. Would stay again.

These guys were great. Really lovely little room at a great price. I screwed up and left a nice jacket and an expensive shirt in my room. The service folks were very sweet and accommodating. Found my stuff, secured it immediately and made it very easy for me to have a family member pick my stuff up as they went by. I'm very grateful to them. Both for the excellent room and excellent service.

General Manager Andrea McPeak and her staff run a well kept hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. They treat their guests very well. This hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and is a short drive from Napa. There is a grocery store in front as well as an In n Out and Raiding Canes. There are Electrify America chargers across the street and Tesla chargers nearby as well. Overall, a very clean and cute hotel.

I’ve stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Vacaville often, and the experience is always top-notch. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere each time I visit. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making sure every stay goes smoothly. A special shoutout to Lupita at the Bistro—she’s the best! Her exceptional service really stands out. She’s always attentive, friendly, and ensures my meals are just right. It’s this kind of service that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in the area, with fantastic service to match!

First room they put me in hadn't been cleaned. Had to go back to the front desk to get a different room. After that it was fine. The restaurant only had 1 person working. She was very friendly, just very busy. She did a good job under the circumstances.

I’ve stayed here many times due to my job. It’s pretty good as far as hotels go. The place is dated but the rooms are clean, quiet, and functional. It’s two stories but there is no elevator. Ask for a first floor room if you have trouble with stairs. Plenty of decent places to eat and shop and easy access to the freeway.

The service is unbelievable. I had to use this place for a meeting in. Melissa is the most amazing host. I'm telling you Marriott you got a good one here. The rooms are okay. Nothing great. Nothing terrible. In a location is fantastic. I'll definitely be back
